1. Stato attuale del sito
Il sito non installa cookie propri, non utilizza cookie di profilazione e non impiega strumenti di analytics, advertising o tracciamento.
La selezione della lingua resta valida soltanto nella pagina aperta e non viene salvata in cookie, local storage o session storage. Il browser può comunque conservare nella propria cache copie temporanee di immagini, video, CSS e JavaScript per rendere più rapido il caricamento; la cache non viene usata da Dolomech per identificare o profilare il visitatore.
2. Perché non compare un banner
Un banner di consenso è necessario quando il sito intende utilizzare cookie o strumenti non tecnici che richiedono il consenso. Poiché l’implementazione attuale non utilizza tali strumenti, mostrare pulsanti “accetta” o “rifiuta” non corrisponderebbe ad alcun trattamento reale. Le Linee guida del Garante consentono di fornire l’informativa senza banner quando sono presenti soltanto strumenti tecnici.
3. Risorse multimediali
Le immagini e i video utilizzati dal sito sono ospitati sul medesimo servizio di hosting del sito. Il loro caricamento non richiede connessioni a piattaforme multimediali esterne.
4. Log del server
L’hosting può generare log tecnici di accesso e sicurezza. I log non sono cookie e sono trattati come descritto nella Privacy Policy.
5. Modifiche future
Se in futuro saranno aggiunti analytics, video incorporati, mappe, marketing o altri strumenti che richiedono consenso, tali servizi resteranno bloccati fino alla scelta dell’utente e questa informativa verrà aggiornata.

The selected language applies only to the open page and is not stored in cookies, local storage or session storage. The browser may cache temporary copies of images, videos, CSS and JavaScript to speed up loading; Dolomech does not use that cache to identify or profile visitors.
2. Why there is no consent banner
A consent banner is required when a site intends to use non-technical cookies or tools that require consent. Since the current implementation uses none, “accept” and “reject” buttons would not correspond to any actual processing. The Italian DPA guidelines allow information to be provided without a banner where only technical tools are present.
3. Multimedia resources
The images and videos used by the website are hosted on the same hosting service as the website. Loading them does not require connections to external multimedia platforms.
4. Server logs
The hosting service may create technical access and security logs. Logs are not cookies and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Future changes
If analytics, embedded videos, maps, marketing or other consent-based tools are added later, they will remain blocked until the user chooses and this notice will be updated.

2. Warum kein Einwilligungsbanner erscheint
Ein Banner ist erforderlich, wenn nichttechnische Cookies oder einwilligungspflichtige Werkzeuge eingesetzt werden sollen. Da die aktuelle Implementierung keine solchen Werkzeuge nutzt, würden Schaltflächen zum Annehmen oder Ablehnen keinem tatsächlichen Vorgang entsprechen. Die Leitlinien der italienischen Datenschutzbehörde erlauben Hinweise ohne Banner, wenn nur technische Werkzeuge vorhanden sind.
3. Multimediale Ressourcen
Die auf der Website verwendeten Bilder und Videos werden über denselben Hosting-Dienst wie die Website bereitgestellt. Für das Laden ist keine Verbindung zu externen Multimedia-Plattformen erforderlich.
4. Serverprotokolle
Der Hostingdienst kann technische Zugriffs- und Sicherheitsprotokolle erstellen. Diese sind keine Cookies und werden gemäß der Datenschutzerklärung verarbeitet.
5. Künftige Änderungen
Werden später Analyse, eingebettete Videos, Karten, Marketing oder andere einwilligungspflichtige Werkzeuge ergänzt, bleiben sie bis zur Auswahl des Nutzers blockiert und dieser Hinweis wird aktualisiert.
